They love charging you fees even though they don't actually do anything. Including a $175 termination fee as one last F U if you manage to transfer your assets out.

After many years working with *** custodians, I was fortunate enough to come across Forge Trust. The level of customer service that our clients and I receive from *** ********* and her team is unmatched. *** goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of timely and efficiently. For a company that has grown so much we do not feel like just a number, but an important part of their business. My experience with Forge Trust customer service has been superb. I was lucky enough to speak with **** ****** and he is awesome. Walked me through everything I needed to do in order to accomplish my request with such patience and guidance. Forge Trust was recommended by a friend. I am always concerned about letting anyone handle money regarding self-directed IRA. The verdict is still out, but if the company is anything like the person who addressed my immediate needs for year and requirements, I feel good about the company.Forge Trust

The representatives at Forge Trust are very helpful and quickly resolve any issues or hep facilitate funding. EVERY time I call Forge, there is always a live person who promptly picks up the phone to answer my questions. The best customer service of any company I have worked with. I have worked with Forge Trust for several years making distinct types of purchases that I could not accomplish with my brokerage firm ***. I'm computer challenged and dislike all paperwork. My wife was an allied member of the ****/head of compliance and says I need patience. The Forge team was great. With their support and patience, we completed the paperwork a few hours ago.
