I just called Forge Trust and had representative *************************** help me.Having just moved into a new home, over the last two months, I have had to deal with many service representatives from utility companies to service providers. By far, ******* was the best representative I've dealt with in a long time! Great customer service! He made me feel so at ease with a complicated request.Way to go *******Review from Scott H

Forge Trust is the custodian of a investment I made with PetroRock which is now a bad asset due to fraud. A class action lawsuit has been settled with *********, but because of a potential payout I cant close the account with Fort **********************. If I were to close it, Forge Trust would send a 1099 to the *** which I would have a tax liability on the full amount of my investment. I cant move the account to a more favorable IRA ******* because I cant get anybody at ********* to re-title the note. Forge Trust is aware of all this, but are unwilling to lower or wave the quarterly fee ($85) even though they are doing nothing to earn it. They are a terrible company with zero compassion for the investor. There are much better IRA services out there, do your research.Review from Joseph F

I had been a customer of ****************** for several years. In general, their customer service has been good. In these days of dying customer service and a propensity for companies to not answer the phone, Forge not only answers the phone, but they do so quickly. I came to expect this type of service. However, I had one last call to Forge to close my account, due to the failed asset in the account (not a result of anything Forge did or did not do). **************** was consistently good, but on this last call I came across a gem. Her name is ***********************. Although I was closing my account, she provided me with exemplary service. She sent me the paperwork and assisted me with its completion. She waited patently as I slowly emailed my completed paperwork back to her. Before we ended this call, *********************** made sure everything was in order. What a great job. Thank you, ***********************.

Our initial communication with Forge Trust was clunky and frustrating. It feels like forms are submitted into the void. But when ******************************* was assigned to our request, she was fantastically helpful and patient in getting our investment funded in a timely manner.Forge Trust Response

I have been a loyal customber of Forge Trust since last 10 years and they are very reliable, trustworthy and easy to do business with. They were responsive, helpful and patient walking me through and assisting me in preparing and processing a complicated transaction. I couldn't have asked for better service from the staff. ********************* spent a couple of hours helping me unravel the complexities of my *************** valuation. She walked me thru the steps and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to push submit! The price structure of this company for managing as a custodian for our *************** is astronomical in comparison to other self-directed services we are researching. I loved that she took the time and cared enough to make sure I had all my questions answered and helped me feel comfortable before going into an investment meeting!!!!
